British sizing systems are used on this web site. If you are unsure of your size/measurements please contact us to discuss matters. We can offer advice based upon clothing/footwear that you have previously worn.

We offer an exchange if you have ordered something that is the wrong size but please note the goods must be unworn and unmarked. For this reason we suggest that you try shoes on in a carpeted area.

Once you have selected the products that you wish to order, your business will be conducted over a secure site hosted by Secure Trading. Alternatively you can post or telephone your order to us – whichever is easiest.

You should receive your goods within 10 working days of placing your order. Should the time scale be longer we will contact you with a revised delivery date and you may cancel or change your order if you wish. At present Suitstoboot only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Postage and Packing.

Postage and packing is free, at standard rate, on all orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.

Exchanges, Cancellations and Returns.

All our products are of the highest quality and are checked both before they leave the factory and Suitstoboot. However if you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us and you will be offered a refund or a replacement. Please read and follow the procedure below.

Returns Procedure.

 Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

The goods must be returned to us with, if possible, the original invoice. We recommend using registered postage, as Suitstoboot cannot be responsible for lost packages.

The goods must be in the same pristine condition as they were when you received them. Please note that we cannot accept worn, scuffed, or damaged goods. (We suggest that you try shoes on in a carpeted area and not outside!)

Suitstoboot will exchange the goods as requested, or should you wish to cancel your order will give you a refund within 30 days of cancellation.

The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. (Suitstoboot recommend that you either use registered post or obtain proof of postage.)

In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty Suitstoboot will refund the postage cost.

In the case of exchanges Suitstoboot will pay for the postage of the replacement goods.

In the first instance any complaint should be made to Mr. John Evans at Suitstoboot. The complaint will be acknowledged by return and we will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly and confidentially within 28 days. You will be kept fully informed throughout the process. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Suitstoboot is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct. This information will be kept securely.

We will not send you unsolicited E-mail unless

You have given us your consent.

It is in response to a query from you.

It is in relation to your order with us.

Suitstoboot collect information about you for two reasons:

To process your order.

To provide you with the best possible service.

We will not E-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will not pass your E-mail address to other traders unless you agree.

The type of information we will collect from you includes.

Your address.

Your phone number.

Your E-mail address.

Your credit/debit card details.

Your clothes/shoe size.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold about you will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by E-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will amend or delete this information.

If we intend to transfer your information outside The European Economic Area we will obtain your permission first.

Suitstoboot may use technology to track patterns of behaviours of visitors to our site. This can include using a ‘cookie’ which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Terms and Conditions.

All business is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Orders are accepted and promises for delivery given conditionally upon Suitstoboot being able to secure the necessary materials, and without responsibility for delays arising through uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control including acts of God.

All risks in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery, but the goods shall remain the property of Suitstoboot until paid for in full.

No goods can be released to clients until payment has been received in full.

Prices are subject to change.

All prices on the web site include VAT at the current rate.

Customers receiving goods outside the EEC are responsible for any local taxes or duties incurred.

All care and attention is given to ensure that all technical information and advice is accurate but the seller does not warrant the accuracy of this advice and the customer relies on the same at his own risk.

Shortages, damaged goods and incorrect orders will be rectified if Suitstoboot is notified within 14 days of delivery.

Returned goods must be in the same condition as when the customer received them and, if possible, with the original invoice.

Suitstoboot cannot accept goods that are returned to us soiled, damaged or worn. Customers who damage goods remain liable to settle their invoice in full. Customers are requested to stay indoors whilst trying on goods to prevent damage.

Should a customer wish to cancel an order, Suitstoboot will give the customer a full refund within 30 days of receiving notification.

Customers are required to pay the postage of any goods being returned unless the goods were either faulty or the order was sent in error. In these cases Suitstoboot will refund the postage in full.

Suitstoboot follow the code of practice covering the use of personal data as outlined in the Data Protection Act.
