Exchanges, Cancellations and Returns

All our products are of the highest quality and are checked both before they leave the factory and Suitstoboot. However if you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us and you will be offered a refund or a replacement. Please read and follow the procedure below.

Returns Procedure

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us with, if possible, the original invoice. We recommend using registered postage, as Suitstoboot cannot be responsible for lost packages.

The goods must be in the same pristine condition as they were when you received them.

Please note that we cannot accept worn, scuffed, or damaged goods. (We suggest that you do not remove any tags and try shoes on in a carpeted area and not outside!)

Suitstoboot will exchange the goods as requested, or should you wish to cancel your order will give you a refund within 30 days of cancellation.

The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. (Suitstoboot recommend that you either use registered post or obtain proof of postage.)

In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty Suitstoboot will refund the postage cost.

In the case of exchanges Suitstoboot will pay for the postage of the replacement goods (within UK only).
